People were ecstatic with sheer delight and hopes were sky- high. There was a wide-reaching optimism, from Gaza, Baghdad Kabul Islamabad to Tehran and Pyongyang; all believed that Barack Obama ‘s presidency would bring prosperity and peace in the world .The high hopes could easily lead to disappointments but today the world was in the state of trance.
