Russia and China at the World Economic Forum blamed United States for the economic collapse. According to the both countries the collapse was consequences of inappropriate macro economic polices, blind pursuit of profit, low saving, high consumption and poor quality in regulations. In return United States came with a new slogan: “Global financial Responsibility”.
In past the phrase: “Yes We Can” worked. Let us dream that the new slogan would work as well.
