He sees all the colours while living in dark.He is blind by birth,never experienced light yet he paints the magic daylight.Esref Armagan is a blind artist from Ankara, whose brain behaviour and visual perception has puzzled all the neuron ophthalmologists,psychiatrists and therapists.
