People wore the best clothes,prepared delicious dishes,lit bonfires,sang songs,drank intoxicating bang,threw colours & colour- water on each other and danced on the day of full moon.
It was the Festival of Holi –celebrations of the spring season.Holi came with promises of good harvest,prosperity,flowers and bright summer days.
Colourful Holi celebrations warmed my heart in the cold, cold Stockholm.
