Greek Demo Crazy

The powerful elected rulers were not interested to listen people anymore.
The poverty-stricken, politically conscious people took their voice to the streets of Athens and protested loudly against all cruel austerity measures. A well-equipped police force greeted them with teargas. The ancient Greek democracy has long been hijacked by criminals.

Greece: the wonder of the past _ turning into chaos

While Greeks were protesting outside the parliament against austerity measures, the politicians showed their confidence in Greece Prime Minister George Papandreou. In a spectacular political theatre Prime Minister survived a confidence vote. The vote of confidence came from politicians not from the people. But it is the people who have to pay the price for the crimes committed by the International institutions, greedy banks, amateur Economists recommended by the international Monetary Fund, deeply corrupted legislation and politicians.
The International lenders demanded that Greece should stick with tough austerity measures.
That means to increase taxes, decrease wages, changes in working hours, changes in social benefits, cut pensions and sell off assets such as ports, airports, highways and real estate.
Such changes are going to drive economy into deeper depression and higher unemployment.
Yesterday corrupted politicians signed the death warrant of Greece.
GREECE _The wonder of the past is turning into chaos of the age.
