A Trendy Phenomenon

One was mistreated by the fellow workers and the other lost his job. The third was ill- treated in school. The fourth and fifth were abandoned by their wives or girlfriends. They had economical difficulties or were just depressed, dozens of such people in dozens of different towns in all continents went to the nearest departmental store, school, day care, church or parking place, shot wildly and killed hundreds of innocent people.
This violence seems to be a trendy phenomenon in a uniquely violent age.
